  • On a sunny Saturday morning, on the 14th of November, Christ Junior College and Christ PU College Residential hosted its annual PTA meeting. The session began with an informative and interactive counseling session conducted by resource person Ms. Lavanya Devdas. The teachers were then invited to visit the various exhibitions put up by all the departments of college, displaying weeks of hard work done by the students. The parents were then invited to interact with the teachers in what was a fruitful and beneficial session. .

  • On a pleasant 7th of November, Christ Junior College and Christ PU College Residential hosted its annual Sports Day. Among much excitement and anticipation, students sprinted, jumped and threw for the glory of their houses and for house points. Teachers too joined in the fun in a special short put event.

  • Math club - outdoor activity. On Wednesday, the 4th of November, Math club organised this activity for all the students of Christ PU College and Christ Junior College. This activity had various event and all the students took part actively.

  • IPL Auction-Commerce club activity. On Wednesday, the 4th of November, big business was afoot at the Chavara Hall of Christ PU College Residential and Christ Junior College Residential. An IPL auction was held as part of the club activity. There was much excitement as teams vied for the best and for their favourite players, trying to buy them for their team.

  • 1st Year Ib students and 2nd PU commerce Student where taken to Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) is the largest Cooperative Dairy Federation in South India, owned and managed by milk producers of Karnataka State. KMF has over 2.30 million milk producers in over 12928 Dairy Cooperative Societies at village level, functioning under 14 District Cooperative Milk Unions in Karnataka State. The mission of the Federation is to usher rural prosperity through dairy development. During the last four decades of Cooperative Dairy Development by KMF, the dairy industry in Karnataka has progressed from a situation of milk-scarcity to that of milk-surplus.

  • The Department of Mathematics hosted "Math game" with tag line "Without Math, Game is undefined, so play it... " Each house played all the games with a lot of enthusiasm. All four events were enjoyed by all as nearly all students were involved in the brain and brawn games.

  • On the 29th of July, Parisara club hosted a house-wide skit competition. The theme was "Smoking is injurious to health". The students showed great insight and creativity in their performances while simultaneously detailing the ill-effects of smoking.

  • Breaking stereotypes and being trailblazers, all the students at Christ Junior College Residential participated in a college-wide cooking competition. Divided into their houses, these students made sandwiches, chaat and ice cream desserts. This program, hosted by Commerce Department, was very successful and proved unequivocally that boys can cook too.

  • Math club hosed a house wise "Math quiz". Theme was "who wants to be a Chris-Mathionaire". All the students enjoyed " Math quiz" with a lot of enthusiasm. Math quiz finally became a highly interactive session, involving all the audience and teachers, making the whole function grand success. The students eagerly await the next math activity.

  • Christ Junior College and Christ PU College Residential formally introduced the new leaders of the student council, 2015-16, on the 13th of July, 2015, at the Investiture Ceremony. Father Thomas Mangara CMI, Mr. Chris Bender and Ms. Martina Wilson presided over the ceremony. The student faculty members, including the house captains and vice captains, the sports captain and vice-captain, the school captain and vice-captain, among others, were ceremoniously sworn into duty.

  • Christ Junior College and Christ PU College Residential played host to students and faculty members from St. Stephan School, Augsburg, Germany, and they were formally welcomed in a ceremony on the 6th of July, 2015. A set of 16 students and 2 faculty members were warmly welcomed by the students at Christ College with speeches and songs.
